A: The Flex™ can be returned within 30 days for a refund if it is unopened and unused.
Q: What is the difference between The Flex Patch and the original Kailo?
A: To date, we’ve helped almost 1 million people enjoy fast, effective, 100% drug-free pain relief with Kailo’s unique Microtechnology.
Over time, we heard tons of feedback from Kailo users regarding what you want from future versions. The Flex Pain Patch is the result of that feedback.
You said you loved the pain relief — so we didn’t touch that at all. The Flex Patch offers the same exact pain relieving technology that the original Kailo uses.
However, some of you found the original Kailo to be a bit rigid, making it difficult to target certain areas. Others said they’d like the material to be softer, and some of you wanted a more affordable version.
So with all of that in mind, we’ve spent the past 2 years developing the evolution of Kailo: The Flex.
It’s more flexible, so you can target hard-to-reach areas.
It’s softer and more comfortable to wear, so you can keep it on all day long without even noticing.
We’ve also managed to cut costs without sacrificing effectiveness by going directly to supplies, meaning The Flex Patch is even more affordable than the original.
We’re extremely proud to offer Kailo and The Flex, and look forward to expanding our line of Kailo products to help everyone get the relief they want, when they need it, without the side effects!
Q: When is it time to get a new Flex™?
A: The Flex™ patches are highly durable and when treated properly, can last up to 2 months before needing replacement (which makes them a great value). No other pain relief product on the market offers so much potential for a one-time purchase.
The Flex™ will work for you as long as the gold pattern on the one side is still there and clean. That gold is the slurry with the capacitors in it. Your Flex Patch can get wrinkled and crinkled, but if the slurry is still there, it can still relieve your pain.
Q: How long can I wear The Flex Patch?
A: You can wear the The Flex Patch for as long you’d like. Some customers take it off once the pain subsides, while others wear it all day, every day.
Q: How long do the results last?
A: As long as your Flex Patch is properly placed, it will continue to give you immediate pain relief. We’ve also found that there is sometimes a lasting effect even after the Flex Patch is removed.
Many customers report wearing the patch for a week and the positive effects lingering for days after removal. We also have many examples of customers experiencing relief for up to an hour after wearing the patch for just a few minutes. It likely depends on the kind of pain, the health of the person wearing it, and the placement technique.
Q: How long do the adhesives last?
A: Each adhesive can last up to 7 days depending on the placement location and person’s skin type
