I bought both these magnet and breathe right strips, and the magnets open up my nose way better than the strips. According to their instructions I’m supposed to wear the small nose band, but I went up in size and WOW. This is what it feels like to breathe?? All my sleep apnea issues went away and I’m feeling so much better. This also made me realize I am having issues breathing through my nostrils so I’ll have to see a dr about that. I know a lot of ppl complain about the cost of the sticky plates you have to buy. They are 100% worth it. And you can also buy silicone tape and cut the disks out and put them on a little square of tape and reuse them. I can get 2-3 uses out of the disks before they won’t stick anymore. Also Aliexpress has sheets of them for way cheaper. Happy breathing!

I have been having hard time breathing through my nose, for all i can remember, especially at night. Although, I dont think this will solve the root problem i have. Once i used it, i literally thought - so this is what breathing normal feels like-. I really do like this. Again i dont think it will solve any of my root problems, but until then. I have had issue with stuffy nose (only at night for some reason) I travel a lot going from humid to not humid areas and it has an impact on my breathing quality. Anyway, I got these just to try. I have worn them at night for a couple weeks and WOW! One night I forgot to put it on and my sleep quality was not good. I kept waking up for no reason.
