If you struggle to breathe freely through your mouth — instead of your nose — I urge you to read this article to the end…
My name is Andrew Clayton, and I’ve suffered from nasal obstruction my entire life.
But recently, I took a chance on a new invention… that has completely changed my life.
And it happened in an instant – without surgery or any medication whatsoever!
One minute I was struggling to breathe through my nose… and the next thing I knew, I was breathing deep, satisfying nasal breaths with ease. It felt AMAZING. I couldn’t believe it!
I started using the device, called Hale, a few months ago… and ever since, I’ve felt healthier and more energized than ever before.
I sleep deeply through the night, and my confidence has grown tenfold now that I’m not constantly breathing through my mouth. I never knew how much my nasal obstruction was holding me back!
I’ve been so impressed by Hale – and grateful – that I reached out to interview Hale’s creator, Dr. Patrick Byrne, about why he created this incredible device.
Dr. Byrne is the Chairman of Cleveland Clinic’s Head & Neck Institute. He spent 20+ years treating nasal obstruction in his clinic and at Johns Hopkins. In that time, he realized that many of his patients could improve their breathing by themselves… if they had the right help.
This led him to create Hale, which has since gone on to win multiple awards and is now helping thousands of people breathe better.
If you struggle to breathe through your nose, be sure to read through to the end for a special discount on Hale – it could change your life like it’s changed mine (and thousands of other people)!
Hale can help you enjoy the same incredible breathing results we’re able to give people in the clinic… but in an affordable, user friendly way that anyone can do by themselves.
I’m proud to say it’s the first anatomically accurate, scientifically designed and discreet device of its kind that can help you comfortably breathe through your nose all day long.
It looks so simple, but was the result of many years of experience, design, and experimentation.
As a surgeon, I learned the ideal anatomy of the inside of the nose – especially the internal and external nasal valves, which are key to helping you breathe properly.
Hale incorporates these insights and many more – which I learned over twenty years in a very busy surgical practice – into the design we spent years working on.
Hale works by sitting comfortably inside your nostrils, where it gently opens your nasal valve, allowing you to breathe freely the moment you start wearing it.
To start using Hale, you’ll simply find your perfect size (small, medium, or large) using your Hale Breathing Kit.
Once you find a comfortable, perfect fit, you’ll simply insert Hale into your nose and instantly start enjoying deep, satisfying breaths. It’s that easy!
Hale is the result of years of development – we created multiple iterations, constantly tweaking it to improve both functionality and comfort.
Hale acts like a spring-loaded hinge that provides gentle pressure to open up your nostril. This, in turn, helps to relieve any blockage caused by nasal obstructions.
Plus, two cushioned pads and curved flares provide gentle support to your nasal passage, allowing you to improve your breathing in the most comfortable way possible.
Most patients enjoy better breathing from the moment they start wearing Hale. However, it is very important to understand that Hale may take some getting used to. Think of it like wearing a contact lens – just like placing a lens on your eye (which for many people feels really uncomfortable at first!)… placing an insert into your nose may feel foreign. It takes some getting used to. However, after the first week of use most patients are completely used to wearing Hale.
(Pro Tip! We’ve found that selecting the correct size for your nasal anatomy is key to making Hale comfortable and effective. You want it to be large enough that it fits snugly without moving around, but not so large that it is hard to put in and stretches your nose out too much. So try all 3 sizes that are included in the starter kit and use the one that fits you the best.)
The design is derived from the surgical techniques I use to open the nose in the operating room, which improve the size and shape of the internal nasal airway to help people breathe fully and naturally. We used CT scan data to model the inside of the nose so we could create an anatomically natural fit.
Finally, a clear band connects two nasal dilators (one for each nostril), providing exceptional airflow improvement without drawing unwanted attention. It also makes Hale completely safe to wear, even when exercising.
Most importantly, our experience is that Hale is extremely effective – it works better than every other device we have tried.
I love my work! I get so much satisfaction from helping people breathe properly. It’s amazing to see how people’s lives improve just by changing the way they breathe!
I’ve seen countless patients that suffer from restricted nasal breathing, snoring, and nasal valve collapse transform into happy, energetic, well-rested individuals. The difference can be truly incredible.
Not only do my patients experience great health benefits, they also gain confidence — they’re finally breathing “the right way”, like everyone else.
However, there’s one problem: I simply don’t have the time or resources to treat everyone!
Plus, while surgery can work really well, it’s not for everyone. Plenty of my patients over the years have asked about non-surgical treatments. And of course, surgery isn’t just expensive, it also contains risks – complications that can occur in some patients.
Another really interesting insight I have had over the years is that many people who breathe through their mouths don’t realize they need help. They would never think to go to a clinic… or they simply can’t afford it.
Hale solves both of these problems – it’s affordable, easy to try out, and works for so many people. We even included a money-back guarantee to help as many people as possible try it out.
Breathing through your mouth has a lot of negative consequences – like dry mouth, poor sleep, breathing irregularities, and more.
On the other hand, there are tons of benefits to nasal breathing:
Nasal breathing naturally moisturizes the air you breathe, which protects the nose’s sensitive tissues while preventing dry mouth and dehydration.
Breathing through the nose filters the air before it enters the body. There are “turbinates” in your nose (but not your mouth) that filter out allergens, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants before they can enter your lungs.
It protects your oral health. Breathing through your mouth dries out your gums, tongue, and oral cavity, which raises the acid levels in your mouth. Nasal breathing helps keep your mouth clean!
Reduces snoring and the chance of sleep apnea by keeping the tongue in the correct place in the mouth, which also leads to a better night’s sleep.
Experience improved athletic performance through enhanced oxygenation.
Just by wearing Hale, you can experience all of these benefits. There are no complicated exercises, drugs, batteries, monthly charges, or any other hidden drawbacks… it’s comfortable, convenient, and affordable for everyone.
Since its release, Hale has won multiple innovation awards and has quickly been adopted by ear, nose, and throat doctors around the country, who recognize it as the safe, affordable way to naturally improve your breathing overall.
We’re extremely proud of it!
Research suggests that more than 60% of adults breathe through their mouth. As I’ve mentioned, this can unfortunately lead to a number of health issues.
I recommend you try Hale if you:
+ Have trouble breathing through your nose:
If you’ve always felt like your nose is blocked, you’ll be blown away by how amazing it feels to finally take deep nasal breaths!
+ Struggle with allergies:
Nasal breathing can help filter out allergens, making Hale a powerful ally during pollen season.
+ Want to get back in shape:
Breathing through your nose helps your diaphragm work properly — plus, it helps improve your lung volume!
+ Are prone to snoring:
If you or your partner is constantly snoring, Hale can help. While not all cases of snoring are caused by nasal obstruction, breathing through an unobstructed nasal cavity can lower your risk of snoring and sleep apnea. (In many cases, snoring is in part caused by nasal obstruction. Some patients find that relieving their nasal obstruction while sleeping results in less snoring.)
+ Suffer from a nasal injury:
Hale can relieve symptoms caused by Nasal Valve Collapse, Deviated Septum, Airway Obstruction and Nasal Inflammation.
If you or someone you know struggles with any of these issues, you are the perfect candidate for Hale. I can’t urge you enough… you have to try it!
Alright, that’s all from Dr. Byrne. I’m so grateful to have his insight here… I already knew that Hale worked from my own experience, but it’s been fascinating to learn exactly why!
As someone who has experienced incredible benefits from Hale, I can’t recommend it enough. Once you start wearing Hale on a regular basis, you may experience more energy, better sleep, and an easier time with exercise and physical activity.
With a 95% positive rating, Hale has already helped thousands of people live happier, more fulfilling lives.
If you breathe through your mouth, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t try Hale… you have nothing to lose, and so much to gain!

I have trouble sleeping when I can’t breathe well. My daughter is in healthcare and suggested Hale since it was designed by doctors at Johns Hopkins. I definitely notice a difference and can breathe better. The large size is terrific for me, but I am a big guy, over 6 feet tall. I love how no one can tell I have it in my nose, even my wife who always nags me to look nice when we go out. Thanks Hale, Now I sleep better at night!

Makes My Workouts Way Easier
I’ve been wearing this while working out and it’s pretty amazing how easy it is to breathe. I’m usually panting through my mouth but with this I can keep breathing through my nose. I was looking for something like this after hearing a podcast about how much healthier nasal breathing is than mouth breathing. I believe it, it honestly makes the workout way easier.

The Best I Have Ever Breathed
First of all I’ve never breathed so clearly through my nose. It’s been a lifelong struggle. I’ve tried sprays, allergy pills, neti pot, and other nasal devices, but this opens up my nose like nothing else. I do want to mention it doesn’t feel like a magical cloud, it feels like you have something in your nose, because you do. I’ve gotten so used to wearing it I have to squeeze my nose to remember if I’m wearing it sometimes. You’ll be blown away by your breathing and once you get used to it, you’ll love it. I do anyway.
